BPHT24 Pressure Transmitter
Introduction of Pressure Transmitter Sensor:
BPHT24 pressure transmitter utilizes the HT series flat diaphragm
silicon pressure-resistance isolation oil-filled core as the signal
measuring element. The signal processing circuit is located inside
a stainless steel housing, converting the sensor signal into a
standard output signal. This pressure transmitter is primarily used
in places where high sanitary conditions are required, ensuring
reliable and
accurate pressure measurements in hygienic environments

1. Choosing the right installation location is very important. Try to avoid installation in an environment with vibration, shock or high temperature, so as not to affect the accuracy of measurement and the life of the equipment.
2. Avoid pressure exceeding the rated range of the pressure transmitter to avoid damage to the equipment. If it is necessary to measure pressure beyond the rated range, the pressure transmitter with the appropriate rated range should be selected.
3. Select the appropriate material according to the characteristics of the measured medium to prevent the medium from corroding the pressure transmitter. If the medium is corrosive, the pressure transmitter of a corrosion-resistant material should be selected.
4. Select the appropriate protection level according to the actual needs. If the equipment will be exposed to wet, dusty or other harsh environments, choose a pressure transmitter with a higher level of protection
