CNC single column vertical lathe is suitable to process ferrous metal, nonferrous metals and partial non-metallic material, and could achieve the processing of turning of the end face, inside and outside cylindrical surface, inside and outside circular conical surface and drilling, expanding, reaming of hole. Maintransmission is driven by the spindle AC servo motor, hydraulic gear change and two gears stepless speed regulation. Worktable is manual 4-jaw single movement chuck .

The Single-column model CK5112 are super rigid machines with big machining capacities, stable and rigid structure and high machining efficiency. The machine is equipped with one vertical tool head and can be equipped with high precision digital readout system (DRO). AC inverter motor is used to achieve speed change. Gears are made of 40 Cr steel and precision ground for high precision and low machine noise. Tool Holder:

Chip Conveyor:

If machine has full cover, the Chip Conveyor should be choose.It is suitable for steel industry scrap (material) fast delivery. With special structure can be better suitable for the delivery of chips under bad working conditions, such as steel pipe industry wire machine produced by the long strip of large roll chip.

Worktable:

The worktable is made of high-hardness materials. Under the condition of ensuring large bearing capacity, the guide surface of the workbench base has been scraped, which makes the machining accuracy higher, which has a significant advantage over the same industry.
