This machine is suitable for high speed steel and alloy cutting
tools, hardware for ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and some
non-metallic parts inside and outside the cylinder, end, grooving
of rough finish machining, etc.
The beam is placed in front of the column, so that the beam does
vertical movement on the column. There is a lifting box on the
upper part of the column, which is driven by the AC motor. Through
the worm pair and the lead screw, the beam moves up and down along
the column guide rail. All large parts are made of high strength,
low stress cast iron HT250, after aging treatment, eliminate stress
to ensure the accuracy of the machine tool.

WORKBENCH STRUCTURE:
Table par is consisting of the workbench, table base, spindle
components and transmission components.
Workbench and workbench base respectively for the overall casting
structure, the use of high strength and low stress cast iron, grade
HT250 aging treatment has sufficient rigidity, strength and
stability. Workbench bearings using high precision NN30 series
double row short cylindrical roller bearings, by adjusting the
