This series Professional Roll Turning CNC Lathe Machine can utilize high-speed steel and carbide cutting tools to finish rough or finish turning process for not only the non-ferrous metals like various structure steels, casting steels and irons, but also the external/internal cylindrical / conical/ spherical surfaces, thread of non-metal materials and all kinds of the surface of curve rotary body.
This horizontal cnc lathe machine is suitable for high-speed steel and carbide cutting tool to implement coarse and fine stock removing and cutting on the outer cylindrical surface of roller of different materials; it also can be used for rough and finish machining of various metal parts.
With its dual functions of turning and grinding, the roll turning lathe machine can complete the machining of a part in a single operation, reducing the need for multiple clamping and enhancing overall work efficiency for customers.
All components of machine are imported foreign famous brands, such as FANUC or SIMENS Control System/ Schneider Electrical Control system, Japanese Bearing, ABB Motor& transmission box/gear box, etc. We can also configurate per customer's special request and demands.
