Machine has worktable base, worktable, main transmission box, gantry frame, beam, ram tool rest, feeding box, electrical system, operation station, hydraulic system, protection device and so on.

Gantry frame:

The gantry frame consists of left and right vertical columns and a connecting beam. By tightly sealing the gantry and worktable base, a protective structure is formed. The gantry's upper section features left and right lifting boxes driven by biaxial stretching AC motors. These boxes, along with gear pairs, worm gear pairs, and double lead screws, enable the vertical movement of the beam along the guide rails of the vertical columns.

Beam:

The beam is made of high-strength, low-stress iron casting to ensure optimal rigidity, strength, and long-term stability for precise machining. Positioned at the front of the vertical columns, the beam moves vertically along the guide rail. The back of the beam is equipped with four hydraulic clamping points, while the sides feature feeding boxes for the tool rest.
