How to prevent uneven stress of brazed plate heat exchanger tube
bundle?
Brazed plate heat exchangers are made of a number of stamped
corrugated sheets arranged at corresponding intervals, which are
sealed with washers and superimposed with frame and pressing
screws. The four corner holes of the plate and the gasket form a
fluid distribution tube and a collection tube, and the hot and cold
fluids are reasonably separated in the flow channels on both sides
of each plate to flow through the plate for heat exchange.
First, position the lifting lug of the brazed plate heat exchanger
so that the slide of the heat exchanger is in the stress position
(and vertical direction), withstand the gravity of the heat
exchanger, avoid direct stress on the tube bundle, and avoid the
baffle scratch the shell. Secondly, in the process of lifting the
plate and shell heat exchanger, the levelness of the positioning
ear should be maintained at the same time, so that the tube bundle
is not vertically compressed. In brazed plate heat exchangers,
there are two main heat transfer modes: conduction and convection.
The hot fluid transfers heat to one side of the tube wall through
convection, and then transfers heat from one side to the other side
through conduction, and the other side of the tube wall transfers
heat to the cold fluid through convection, thus completing the heat
transfer process of the heat exchanger.
