(2)同冶炼炉同连续热处理取2%,但不少于两套试样作机械性能试验(σb,σs,δ,Ψ)
(3)同冶炼炉同连续热处理取2%,但不少于二套试样作冲击试验(αk)
(4)对每一件测定硬度(HB)
2.材料调质后,机械性能
(1)σb=700 N/mm2/
(2)σs=500 N/mm2/
(3)δ5=15 %
(4)Ψ=45 %
(5)αk=58Nm/cm2/
(6)HB=230~260
3.零件需按JB/T1581-85作超声波检验
4.检修时发现:
1) 主轴有裂纹,必须更换.
2) 主轴轴径磨损或拉伤严重,必须要修复.

Technical requirement
