Applications:

This process is used to cover on MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc., for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. It also covers embossed board and cover five surfaces at the same time. The thickness is 0.20-0.50mm and the width is 1260mm, 1400mm. The length of the roll is 100-300m.

Wrapping Profiles:

It is used to cover on all kinds of profiles including wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc. for door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling and so on. The thickness of this process is 0.12-0.18mm and the width of it is 40-1260mm. The length of the roll is 300-800m.

Cold Laminating:

This process covers on all kinds of flat panels, such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc. for doors and furniture. The thickness is 0.12-0.20mm and the width is 1240-1260mm. The length of the roll is 300-500m.

Hot Laminating:

It is used to cover on the PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel for doors, skirting and so on. The thickness of this process is 0.16-0.30mm, the width is 1260mm and the length of the roll is 200-300m.

Self-adhesive:

This process can be put on any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations. It has the thickness of 0.10-0.20mm, the width of 600mm/1220mm and the length of 5-50m/roll.
