Technical Parameters:
PE Foam Film offered by Zheng Yi is available in various thicknesses, ranging from 0.1mm to 0.5mm. It is available in two widths: 1260mm and 1400mm. It comes in rolls of length 100m to 400m. It is available in a variety of designs like Wood grain, Solid color, Marble, and Brick types.
The film is treated differently based on the requirement for Matt, Super matt, embossed, high gloss, and soft touch effects. Besides, custom services for OEM, ODM and pre-treatment are also provided.
Applications:
There are five different processes for different applications, they are Membrane Press (vacuum press), Wrapping Profiles, Cold Laminating, Hot Laminating and Self-adhesive.
Membrane Press (vacuum press) is mainly used to cover MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc. for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. It can cover embossed board and five surfaces at same time. The thickness range is 0.20-0.50mm, width range is 1260mm,1400mm and length range is 100-300m/roll.
Wrapping Profiles is used to cover all kinds of profiles including wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc. for door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling and so on. Its thickness range is 0.12-0.18mm, width range is 40-1260mm and length range is 300-800m/roll.
Cold Laminating is used to cover all kinds of flat panels like wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc. and commonly use for doors and furniture. The thickness range is 0.12-0.20mm, width range is 1240-1260mm and length range is 300-500m/roll.
Hot Laminating is mainly use for covering PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel for doors, skirting and so on. The thickness range is 0.16-0.30mm, width range is 1260mm and length range is 200-300m/roll.
Self-adhesive is used for sticking on any smooth surface, such as furniture and indoor decorations. It has the thickness range of 0.10-0.20mm, the width range of 600mm/1220mm and the length range of 5-50m/roll.
