Principle of removal:

Like above graphic display, green arrow → shows conveyor direction of qualfied products. Red arrow → shows conveyor direction of bad products. Two-way arrow shows removal direction when remover detects foreign matter of metal.

Applicable range

It is applicable for automatic on-line metal detection and removal for box-packing or bag-packing products <5kg weight,≤ 300mm length,>10mm height. It requires <36meter/minute of product conveyor speed. Certain span exists between various products. Detection times <60 times / minute. It is mainly used for food, pharmaceutical, toy, sanitation supplies etc.
