Hastelloy C-27 plate sheet has excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media in both oxidized and reduced states. Excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. The alloy is suitable for use in a variety of chemical process industries containing oxidizing and reducing media. The higher molybdenum and chromium content makes the alloy resistant to chloride ion erosion, and the tungsten element further improves its corrosion resistance. Hastelloy C-276 plate sheet is one of the only materials that is resistant to corrosion by wet chlorine, hyponitrite, and chlorine dioxide solutions. The alloy has significant corrosion resistance to high-concentration chloride salt solutions.

Hastelloy C-276 plate sheet metallographic structure: Hastelloy C-27 plate sheet has a face-centered cubic lattice structure.
1. The lower the sulfur content in thermal processing fuel, the better. The sulfur content in natural gas should be less than 0.1%, and the sulfur content in heavy oil should be less than 0.5%.
2. The thermal processing temperature range of the C-276 plate sheet is 1200℃-950℃, and the cooling method is water cooling or rapid air cooling.
3. C-276 plate sheet Suitable for any traditional welding process, such as tungsten electrode inert gas shielded welding, plasma arc welding, manual sub-arc welding, metal pole inert gas shielded welding, and melting pole inert gas shielded welding.
