------Our products are designed as a house, so our designs prioritize is to ensuring they're 100% waterproof.
Installed according to our instructions, you won't experience
leaks. Beyond being waterproof, our products are also resistant to
120KM/H wind speed and grade 8 earthquake.
7.How's your product be shipped?
------Our Detachable container will be shipped fully disassembled,
and fit into a 20GP or a 40HQ shipping container for shipment.
Thanks to this detachable structure, it will help to save a lot of
space when we do loading, so one 40HQ can fit 17 units container
houses.
8.How are your container house insulated?
------All of our products are use sandwich panels to be the wall.
To be exactly, we are using 50mm rock wool sandwich panels as their
walls(standard speicifics), while Rock wool is a very good
insulation material, and it can achieve A1 fire-proof level. Except
Rock wool, you can also chose EPS, PU, Glass wool as the wall
insulation material. Besides, for extreme hot and cold areas, we
are available to upgrade the wall thickness to be 75mm or even
maximum 100mm.
9.Is it able to be moved after the container house already built
up?
------Yes, no problem. Even after the container house is built up,
you can use a crane and directly hook up its 4 corners to lift up
the container, put it on the truck and move to other places. That's
why we also call it Mobile house.
10. Who will install the container house if I place an order?
------Normally, customers will need to finished the installation by
their own. But no worry, we will offer you a installation video and
a text instructions to teach you how to do. And I will be always
online here to help you. It's actually a very easy job to build up
a container house, almost 95% customers can finish the installation
by their own only with our instructions. There might be some
difficult points during installation, and we will here to help you
out till you finished.
11. Are you able to do turn-key service?
-----Yes, we can do turn-key service, but it will have some extra
cost for sending our technician to your country, like flight cost, accommodation, foods, day salary. And also need your help to issue Visa for our
people.
12. Do you offer warranty?
------Yes, for the container warranty, we will offer 1 year
warranty, if any quality issues we will resend new materials for
replacement, but all the problems caused by incorrect installation
and human-made, these are not in our warranty range.
