contacts are made of high-purity gold-plated copper alloy, which

anti-oxidation and wear-resistant performance. It effectively
avoids problems such as poor contact and signal loss caused by too
small current. At the same time, the pins adopt precision stamping
technology to ensure tight fit with wires, further guaranteeing the

- M19 Structure + Threaded Locking for More Secure Connection: The standardized M19 circular structure is paired with a threaded
locking mechanism. After the male and female connectors are mated,
they are fixed by rotation, which can withstand slight vibrations
and external pulls to prevent accidental disconnection. The housing
is made of high-strength ABS engineering plastic, with basic
scratch and aging resistance. Combined with a sealing rubber ring,
it achieves IP67 ingress protection rating, which can resist daily
dust and splashing water, and is suitable for indoor and outdoor
non-extreme humid environments.
- Direct Wire-to-Wire Connection for Easier Installation: Designed specifically for wire-to-wire connection, it supports
two termination methods: crimping and soldering, and is compatible
with 18-24AWG wires without the need for complex adapter
accessories. The tail of the connector is equipped with an
adjustable cable gland, which can tightly wrap cables with a
diameter of 3-8mm, preventing pin loosening caused by wire stress.
Even novices can quickly complete the installation, greatly
improving wiring efficiency.
