Water Purification Consumables
EDI (Electrodeionization) is an advanced water treatment technology that cleverly combines electrodialysis and ion exchange technologies to achieve deep purification of ions in water and removal of salts. Through the synergistic effect of cation and anion membranes and ion exchange resins, ions in the water are directionally migrated under the guidance of the electric field, thereby achieving efficient deionization and purification processes. This technology does not require chemical regeneration. The resin is continuously regenerated through hydrogen ions and hydroxyl ions generated by water electrolysis, ensuring the continuous production of high-quality ultrapure water.
EDI water production has the following characteristics:
EDI equipment is applied after the reverse osmosis system to
replace the traditional mixed bed ion exchange technology (MB-DI)
to produce stable ultrapure water. EDI technology has the following
advantages compared with mixed ion exchange technology:
①Stable water quality
②Easy to realize fully automatic control
③No shutdown due to regeneration
④No chemical regeneration required
⑤ Low operating costs
⑥Small factory area
⑦No sewage discharge
Application:
EDI technology is widely used in fields such as electricity, electronics, medicine, chemical industry, food and laboratories, bringing a green revolution to the field of water treatment. The ultrapure water produced has the best stability and meets the needs of various industries for high-quality water quality.
