BXK Explosion Proof Control Box ZL102 Cast Aluminum Alloy Flameproof Type

The control box shell is made of ZL102 cast aluminum alloy and is made of flame-proof main cavity and connecting cavity. The main cavity is equipped with buttons, signal lights and other components, which are operated by the operating mechanism and the handle of the shell, and the indicator light is displayed. The connecting cavity is equipped with wiring terminals through the main cavity, and a cable introduction device is provided with internal and external ground screws.

It is suitable for combustible dust environment 20 zone, 21 zone, 22 zone, suitable for temperature group T1-T6 environment, as AC 50Hz, rated voltage to 380V, remote control signal, electrical, etc. in the line, and there is a signal indicator.

1 The upper limit of ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40℃, the lower limit shall not be lower than -20℃, and the average value within 24 hours shall not exceed +35℃;
2. The elevation of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m;
3 where there is no significant shaking, vibration or impact;
The average monthly relative humidity of the installation site shall not exceed 95%, and the average monthly temperature of the month shall not be lower than +25℃;
5 The pollution level is level 3;
6 Installation category is Ⅱ, Ⅲ;

1 Install and fix the control box, open the cover of the inlet and outlet cavity, connect the cable to the wiring terminal through the leading-in device, connect the internal and external ground cables, close the cover after checking, tighten with fasteners, and tighten the compression nut to seal the cable, and then use it.
2 The control box shall not be disassembled at will, and the cover can only be opened for maintenance after the power supply is disconnected before maintenance. The flameproof surface shall not be damaged during maintenance. After maintenance, the flameproof joint surface shall be coated with 204-1 anti-rust oil, and the cover shall be closed and fastened with bolts before use.
