Theory
The four-stroke in an excavator consists of four working processes:
air intake, compression, work and exhaust. A working cycle,
completed in four revolutions of the crankshaft, of the two-rod
cylinder plug.
1. The working crankshaft connecting rod is composed of cylinder
block, cylinder head, oil pan, piston, connecting rod, crankshaft,
flywheel, cylinder bed, etc.
2. The valve train consists of intake valve, exhaust valve, tappet,
push rod, rocker arm, camshaft, cam, gear, etc.
3. The oil supply system consists of a fuel tank, an oil pump, a
high-pressure oil pump, and an oil nozzle.
4. The lubriion system consists of oil pump, oil filter, oil
radiator, etc.
5. The cooling system consists of water pump, radiator, fan, etc.
