Mechanical Properties

and heat treatment, such as surface quenching, carburizing, etc.
Transmission Accuracy

ratio constant, achieve stable and accurate transmission, and
reduce the motion error.
Low pitch error: Strictly control the manufacturing accuracy of the pitch to reduce
the speed fluctuation and vibration during the transmission
process.
Thermal stability: The relative sliding speed between the meshing teeth is large, and
the friction generates more heat, so it is necessary to have good
thermal stability, and through reasonable lubrication and heat
dissipation design, it can prevent the decline of material
performance, aggravation of wear and gluing and other problems
caused by high temperature.
Large transmission ratio: Some parts of the automatic tangential lockstitch sewing machine
require large transmission ratios to achieve deceleration, and the
worm gear and worm can meet the needs with single-stage
transmission and compact structure.

Suitable coincidence degree: The degree of coincidence is large, and the number of tooth pairs
involved in the meshing is more, and the transmission is more
stable, the coincidence degree of spur cylindrical gears is

gears is large, and the transmission is more stable.
