1. The technical principle and structural characteristics
① Non-standard shaft intersection angle design
- 80° Shaft Angle: Different from the 90° vertical transmission of traditional hypoid
gears, the input and output shafts of this gear are arranged at an
angle of 80°, which is suitable for scenarios where space is
limited or non-orthogonal transmission is required.
- Axis offset: The meshing point of the hypoid gear is not on the axis, but the
offset design optimizes the contact stress distribution of the

② Gear grinding process and material characteristics
- Hard tooth surface processing: Carburizing and quenching process is adopted, the hardness of the
tooth surface is up to 56-62HRC, and after high-precision grinding,
the roughness of the tooth surface Ra≤0.8μm, and the accuracy level
can reach ISO 10 or above, which significantly reduces wear and
noise.
- Continuous hobbing technology: Using a full CNC spiral bevel gear machining machine, continuous
indexing cutting through a double-layer cutterhead, avoiding the
accuracy loss of traditional intermittent tooth splitting, and
supporting independent parameter adjustment of concave and convex
surfaces.

- Compact design: Diameters as small as 38 mm are available and the weight is light,

- Single-stage gear ratio up to 300:1: Compared with worm gear reducers (efficiency of only 60%-70%),

- Low-noise operation: The helical tooth meshing method reduces the impact, and with the
gear grinding process, the noise can be controlled below 60dB,

formed on the tooth surface, and the contact stress can be
increased by more than 30% in combination with the optimized tooth
surface contact zone design.
