cutting machines utilize fiber lasers and CO2 lasers, capable of
cutting plastic materials up to 4 inches thick.
Acrylic Laser Cutting Services

offer clear (transparent) acrylic materials, as well as a variety
of colors. The advantages of acrylic laser cutting include
strength, ease of use, clarity, and waterproof/moisture resistance.
Laser Cutting Alternatives: In addition to laser cutting, Hongsinn also offers water jet cutting and plasma cutting services. Laser cutting has limitations on the thickness of the material being cut, with a maximum thickness of 4 inches. For materials thicker than 4 inches, water jet cutting or plasma cutting is recommended for better cutting results.
