Working principle: When working, fruits and vegetables are poured into the feed hopper by a conveyor belt or manually. The material enters the round sieve from the feed hopper. After being broken by the rotating crushing plate, it is thrown near the inner wall of the cylindrical sieve under the action of centrifugal force. The movement between the blow plate and the cylindrical screen is affected by squeezing friction and shearing. The small pulp particles and juice flow out from the screen hole, and the larger particles such as the skin core are in the blow plate and the lead angle. Under the action of propulsion, it moves along the cylindrical screen to the outlet end and is discharged from the slag discharge port.

The crushed (preheated) coarse sauce or raw fruit is fed into the beating machine through the pipeline by the conveying pump and scraped by the continuous rotation of the impeller. Most of the material is extruded from the mesh of the screen and then flows through the pipeline to the storage tank. The slag and a little skin slag are discharged from the slag discharge port to complete the pulping process. The effect of pulping and slag discharge is mainly controlled by the size and density of the mesh opening, the taper of the mesh, and the stroke and speed of the scraping.

The high-speed beater has a simple structure and stable operation. The cone-shaped beater has a motor speed of up to 1440 rpm, which is 2% -3% higher than the ordinary beater. The screen aperture can be flexibly adjusted according to customer requirements and fruit characteristics. Generally between 0.4-0.8mm. 16 sets of blade structure, the gap between the blade and the screen is adjustable, the length of the drum is extended, the pectin inside the peel is scraped off, so that the product has a higher pulping rate and a greater viscosity value . The high-speed beater section can process materials ranging from 1 ton per hour to 30 tons per hour according to customer requirements.
