• This automatic soft gelatin encapsulation machine adopts large size touch screen, and this touch screen has fault diagnosis function and can store all kinds of operating parameters and network interface is preserved.
• Die roller of this automatic soft gelatin encapsulation machine material is aircraft grade aluminum alloy, so die roller has long working life. Besides, the die roller is specially designed, which increase cavity number so that to save gelatin material a lot.

• Gelatin Melting Tank

Gelatin Melting Tank is used to melt gelatin to make gelatin film. It is 3 layer structure design—inner layer, heating jacket layer and outer insulation layer. And there is agitator installed on top of the tank. When melt gelatin, need to keep heating and mixing and then need vacuumize and after melting process, need compressed air to transport liquid gelatin out of the gelatin melting tank to the gelatin service tank, so the inner tank can bear some possitive and negetive pressure. And then liquid gelatin will be transported to automatic soft gelatin encapsulation machine.

• Medicine Mixing and Preparation Tank

This tank is used to mix filling material before automatic soft gelatin encapsulation machine making capsules. If particles inside the medicine is too big, a homogenizer head can be added on bottom of the tank.

• Tumble Dryer

Tumble dryer is used for softgel drying after capsules come out from automatic soft gelatin encapsulation machine.Drying method: fluid-bed drying, means: this drying system can blow the capsule bodies to be fluidized, which minimizes the friction either between the capsules or between the capsules and the inner wall of the tumbler, so that increase drying speed greatly.
