Material process:
After the material enters the feeding tank, it slowly descends
along the product path under the action of gravity, passing through
the pre heating zone, supplementing the carbonization zone,
activation zone, and cooling zone to complete the entire activation
process. Finally, it is discharged by the lower unloader. The
carbonization preheating section uses the heat in the furnace to
preheat and remove moisture. In the supplementary carbonization
section, the carbonized material is indirectly heated by
high-temperature activation gas to continuously increase the
temperature of the carbon for supplementary carbonization. In the
activation section, the activation channel is connected vertically
to the activation gas channel, Carbon is activated by direct
contact with the activated gas. In the cooling section, the
activated material is cooled with circulating water (or air
cooled), so that the temperature of the obtained activated material
can be reduced to below 60 ℃, facilitating material transportation
and direct screening and packaging
Gas process:
The gate valve of the left half furnace flue is closed, and the
gate valve of the right half furnace flue is opened. Water vapor
enters from the bottom of the left half furnace regenerative
chamber, is heated by grid bricks to become high-temperature steam,
and enters from the upper flue. After the steam reacts with the
material, the water gas and residual steam generated sequentially
pass through the upper part of the left half furnace, and the
middle and lower flue enter the right half furnace. The mixed gas
in the right half furnace enters the top of the right half furnace
regenerative chamber through the lower, middle, upper flue, and
upper flue, Then flow down through the grid bricks, while heating
the grid bricks, cooling the exhaust gas, and entering the flue to
complete the cycle. The second cycle is the opposite of the above
cycle. The first and second cycles switch every half an hour, so
that the activation process continues continuously
