JGX-2228A Series

The JGX-2228A series steel wire rope vibration isolators from Xi'an Hoan Microwave Co., Ltd., with the breakthrough of nonlinear stiffness design as its core, have achieved a leap from passive protection to active adaptation in the field of vibration isolation. Its core technology stems from the dynamic deformation characteristics of the helical structure of steel wire ropes. Through the 3D braiding technology of multi-strand steel wires, it forms nonlinear bending stiffness in any direction. This design enables it to automatically adjust its stiffness when subjected to impact. For example, in vehicle-mounted radar systems, when the vehicle travels on rough roads, the dynamic stiffness of the isolator can automatically attenuate with the impact intensity, effectively protecting the stability of precision electronic components.


Compared with traditional rubber vibration isolators, the JGX-2228A has more prominent environmental adaptability. Its stainless steel material can maintain stable performance in extreme temperatures ranging from -180℃ to 300℃, and through special surface treatment technology, it can resist complex environments such as salt spray, mold, and chemical corrosion. In actual tests on a certain shipborne communication equipment, the product operated continuously for 5 years in a marine environment with high humidity and high salt spray, still maintaining over 95% vibration isolation efficiency, far exceeding the 2-year service life of rubber products.
