I. Core Working Principle
The horizontal flow wrapper achieves horizontal packaging for
block, strip, granular, and other materials through a continuous
automated process of "film transport - formation & filling - heat
sealing & cutting". Its core logic is to shape the film into a
pillow-shaped bag, synchronously complete material conveying and
filling, bag sealing, and fixed-length cutting, and finally form a
"pillow-style" packaged product with sealed ends and bonded sides.
It is suitable for mass packaging of various products in food,
daily necessities, pharmaceutical, and other industries.
II. Analysis of Key Operational Technologies
1. Film Transport Mechanism
Film transport is the fundamental link to ensure packaging
accuracy. It relies on dual controls of servo drive and
photoelectric positioning to guarantee stable film operation and
precise positioning:
Servo Drive Speed Control: After the roll film is unwound via the
guide roller, the servo drive system precisely controls the film
transport speed, with a tension control accuracy of ±0.5. This
effectively prevents the film from wrinkling or stretching due to
uneven tension, ensuring the subsequent formation effect.
Photoelectric Color Mark Correction: A high-sensitivity
photoelectric sensor is configured to continuously monitor the
printed color marks on the film. When the film deviates in position
due to transport or stretching, the sensor automatically triggers a
correction command, controlling the alignment error between the
printed pattern and the bag within ±0.3mm to ensure uniform
printing positions on the finished packages.
2. Formation and Filling Stage
This stage realizes the synchronous connection of "film-to-bag
conversion + material bagging", with the core focusing on formation
stability and material transport synchronization:
Film Formation: Guided and shaped by the former, the film is folded
and pressed into a cylindrical bag structure with open ends. The
diameter of the bag can be adjusted in advance according to the
material size to ensure compatibility between the bag and the
material, avoiding looseness or tightness.
Synchronous Material Filling: The synchronous conveyor belt gently
feeds materials (such as biscuits, bread, tablets, etc.) into the
cylindrical bag at a speed matching the film transport speed.
Through the linkage control of the servo system and the conveyor
belt, the speed deviation can be controlled within 1%, preventing
material jamming, misalignment, or material damage caused by
impact.
3. Heat Sealing and Cutting Unit
Heat sealing and cutting are crucial for ensuring package tightness
and finished product integrity, achieving efficient sealing and
cutting through the adjustment of dual parameters (temperature and
pressure):
Vertical Heat Sealing: The vertical sealing device adopts constant
temperature control technology, with the temperature adjustable
within the range of 150-200℃ (adapted according to film materials
such as PE, PET, composite film, etc.). This ensures sufficient
fusion at the sealed area, with a sealing strength of ≥4N/15mm,
effectively preventing material leakage and moisture intrusion in
the package.
Horizontal Sealing & Cutting: The horizontal sealing and cutting
knife integrates the dual functions of "sealing + cutting" and
supports dual adjustments of temperature and pressure. While
completing the horizontal sealing of the bag, it accurately cuts
out individual pillow-style packaged products. The cutting edge is
smooth without burrs, and the distance between the sealed edge and
the cutting position is uniform, ensuring the appearance and
tightness of the package.
