Basic Introduction
Adopting efficient MBBR and MBR core process technology, it has the characteristics of small footprint, low operating cost, stable and reliable effluent quality, and is widely used in township sewage treatment, decentralized sewage treatment, black and odorous river basin treatment, and sewage emergency treatment.
Adopting integrated modular design, it can intelligently control remotely and achieve unmanned operation.
The emission standards can reach Class A of the "Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002) and the "Water Pollution Discharge Standards for the Minjiang and Tuojiang River basins in Sichuan Province" (DB51/2311-2016).
Technical Principles
The MBBR technology innovatively combines the three oxygen technology (anaerobic, facultative, aerobic) with efficient biological fluidized bed technology, optimizes and adjusts the aeration method in the reaction system, introduces efficient suspended media, and has a special internal structure design that highly integrates the reaction zone, separation zone, and sedimentation zone. It combines the advantages of multiple biochemical processes to achieve efficient removal of organic matter, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, and total phosphorus.

Main features
01 Short construction period : Highly integrated and modular design, flexible on-site assembly and quick start-up according to requirements, with a construction period of 1-2 months.
02 Low operating costs : Less mechanical and electrical equipment, 100% unpowered sludge reflux, low energy consumption, low operating costs, and a water treatment cost of 0.4-0.5 yuan per ton.
03 Excellent effluent quality : The effluent can meet the Class A standards in the "Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002) and the Class IV and III standards in the "Surface Water Environmental Quality Standards" (GB3838-2002) of the "Water Pollutant Discharge Standards for Minjiang and Tuojiang River basins in Sichuan Province" (DB51).

A series: The emission standards can reach the first level A
