The reverse osmosis purified water equipment treatment process includes three parts: pretreatment, membrane component connection process, and control system.
The purpose of pre-treatment is to improve the treated water quality, prevent water pollutants from contaminating the membrane, extend the service life of the membrane, and reduce operating costs. Reverse osmosis pure water equipment is the equipment used for producing pure water, and this type of equipment uses reverse osmosis technology to remove impurities, organic substances, and substances that are invisible to the human eye from the water.
Basic Principles
Reverse osmosis technology is the use of external pressure to separate substances in water treatment solutions through reverse osmosis membranes, which is opposite to the principle of ordinary permeation, so we also refer to it as reverse osmosis. A designed reverse osmosis membrane is installed in the purified water equipment, which adjusts the size of the membrane pores according to the different water quality of the water treatment, so that impurities and ions larger than the diameter of the membrane pores cannot pass through.
The separation process can be achieved through membrane pores based on the osmotic pressure of different materials. Reverse osmosis technology is very thorough in treating water quality, and the treated water contains almost no substances.
Technological process
Pre treatment - First stage reverse osmosis - Dosing machine (pH regulation) - Intermediate water tank - Second stage reverse osmosis (positively charged reverse osmosis membrane) - Pure water tank - Pure water pump - EDI device - UV sterilizer -0.2 or 0.5 μ M precision filter - water object (≥ 17M Ω. CM)
