Tianjin JHBF Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.(Janhoo) is a high-tech
enterprise specialising in the R&D and production of
semiconductor optical amplifiers SOA. Relying on the Institute of
Optoelectronic Integration Microsystems and the Joint Laboratory of
Optical Convergence and Perception of the Tianjin Institute of
Electronics, Tsinghua University, the company has already launched
a number of semiconductor optical amplifiers SOA (1060nm, 1310nm,
1550nm). Janhoo has established a class 10,000 ultra-clean room
laboratory, with more comprehensive production and processing,
testing and packaging equipment for optical chips, and has the
capability of hybrid integration micro-packaging of optical chips.
At present, we are carrying out research and development of small
SOA devices, DFB+SOA hybrid integrated devices, visible wavelength
SOA devices, high power SOA devices, and can undertake various
optoelectronic device testing, packaging and processing services.
