Vicarb Heat Exchanger Plates
- The plate heat exchanger is a new and efficient heat exchanger
composed of a series of heat exchanger plates with a specific
corrugated shape. The metal plates are pressed to form heat
transfer plates with a certain corrugated pattern. They are sealed
around the edges with gaskets, creating thin rectangular channels
between the various plates. The four corner holes of the plates and
gaskets serve as distribution and collection channels for the
fluids. They also effectively separate the hot and cold fluids,
allowing them to flow on either side of each plate in the
respective flow channels, facilitating heat exchange through the
plates.

Heat exchanger plate cleaning
Use mechanical devices, such as rotating brushes or high-pressure
water jets, to clean the surface of the plates. This method can
effectively remove dirt and sediment attached to the panels.
Use chemical reagents, such as acid or alkaline solutions, to clean
the plate surface. This method can effectively remove some dirt and
deposits that are difficult to clean, but it needs to be used with
caution to avoid corrosion or damage to the plate material.
High-temperature and high-pressure steam is introduced into the
plate heat exchanger to evaporate and wash away dirt and sediment
on the surface of the plates. This method is suitable for
situations where you do not want to use chemical reagents for
cleaning, but you need to pay attention to the heat resistance and
pressure resistance requirements of the plate material.
Ultrasonic vibrations are used to deliver cleaning fluid to the
plate surface, thereby removing dirt and deposits. This method is
suitable for parts that have higher requirements on plate materials
and are not easily accessible.
