The double membrane gas cabinet has a 3/4 sphere shape and is fixed by steel rails on the cement base or anaerobic tank roof. The main body is made of specially processed polyester material (the main components are red mud soft body composite membrane and red mud soft body sandwich mesh), and the tank consists of outer membrane, inner membrane, bottom membrane (above ground cabinet) and ancillary equipment, which is resistant to ultraviolet rays and all kinds of microorganisms, and is highly fireproof and conforms to the standards.
Scope of application WB double membrane gas cabinet all kinds of neutral gas storage such as biogas, air, carbon dioxide, oxygen and so on. Structural CompositionDouble-membrane biological gas storage tank is mainly composed of bottom membrane (integrated gas cabinet without bottom membrane), inner membrane, outer membrane, constant pressure control cabinet, safety protector and some control equipment and auxiliary materials. Composition of equipment (see figure for details) The bottom membrane is mainly used for foundation sealing to realize the advantages of anti-corrosion, anti-leakage, simplified installation and long service life which cannot be achieved by traditional infrastructure. The inner membrane is used to isolate the biogas and the regulating gas [1]. The outer membrane makes the inner membrane suitable for constant pressure output of gas and plays a protective role for the inner membrane, and the cross-section of the outer membrane is connected with the edge of the inner membrane and the bottom membrane or the mouth of the fermenter. After our own design and production of automated gas collection and constant pressure system between the inner and outer membrane to form a constant pressure independent storage space as a stabilizing gas cabinet and play a role in constant pressure. That is to say, using a soft sphere as a gas storage cabinet, the volume of stored gas becomes less control equipment will automatically fill the air to fill, the stored gas increases the safety protector will release the air to balance the pressure. To prevent the gas from mixing, the stored gas is separated from the air by an inner membrane. The principle is that the bottom membrane, inner membrane and outer membrane together form two spaces. The inner membrane space serves as a storage space for various gases, while the space between the outer and inner membranes serves as a pressure regulating space. When the stored gas increases, the inner membrane flexes and the control equipment discharges the pressurized air from the outer membrane to free up a certain capacity. When less gas is stored in the inner membrane, the control equipment injects air into the regulating layer to balance the pressure inside the cabinet and stabilize the rigidity of the outer membrane.
