Product Introduction
The oil-water separator is a cutting fluid oil-water separator that
integrates oil removal, impurity removal, and deodorization. Three
stage separation, efficient operation of imported skim oil steel
strip, visible separation effect, oil-water separation rate up to
98%. The oil-water separator is equipped with a nano aeration
sterilization device, which can kill anaerobic bacteria in the
cutting fluid and effectively prevent the cutting fluid from
smelling and deteriorating. Cutting fluid oil-water separation
makes the cutting fluid cleaner and has a longer service life.
working principle
The cutting fluid oil-water separator adopts a physical separation
method, and its working principle is based on the density
difference between oil and water. This device separates oil
droplets from cutting fluid from water through centrifugal force,
gravity, filtration, and other methods.
Function:
1. Impurity filtration: Filter impurities such as iron powder and
aluminum powder suspended on the surface of the cutting fluid to
avoid recoil adhesion or scratching of the workpiece surface;
2. Oil water separation: Remove various impurities on the surface
of the liquid tank (guide rail oil, hydraulic oil, etc.) to quickly
achieve oil-water separation;
3. Aeration sterilization: Through the aeration circulation
function, various microorganisms in the cutting fluid can be
effectively killed, and sterilization and deodorization can be
