AZ50 Zinc Coated Galvalume Steel Coil Aluzinc Metal GL Steel Roll
Galvalume steel coil introduction:
Aluminum zinc coated coil plate is made of cold-rolled steel plate
as the substrate, and is solidified from 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc,
and 1.6% silicon at 600 ℃. It combines the physical protection and
high durability of aluminum with the electrochemical protection of
zinc. Also known as aluminum zinc coated steel coil.
The production process of aluminum zinc plating is as follows:
Uncoiling - cleaning - annealing - zinc pot - cooling - air knife -
straightening - post-treatment - coiling
Thermal reflection
People use it as insulation material, and its thermal reflectivity
is as high as twice that of galvanized steel plate.
Heat resistance
Aluminum zinc coated steel coils have good heat resistance and can
withstand high temperatures above 300 ℃, which is very similar to
the oxidation resistance of aluminum coated steel plates at high
temperatures. Commonly used in chimney pipes, ovens, lighting
fixtures, fluorescent lampshades, etc.

Galvalume steel coil application:
Corrosion resistance performance
The key to the corrosion resistance of aluminum zinc coated steel
coils lies in the protective performance of aluminum. Once zinc is
worn, aluminum forms a dense layer of aluminum oxide to prevent
further internal corrosion.
economic
The density of 55% AL Zn is lower than that of Zn, therefore, under
the same coating weight and thickness, the area of aluminum zinc
coated steel plate is 3% larger than that of galvanized steel
plate.
Easy to paint
The coating material on aluminum zinc plated steel plate has
excellent adhesion and can be directly applied with tar on
advertising boards and commonly used boards without the need for
pre-treatment such as weathering.
