MAIN FEATURES
The product has the characteristics of high stability, high
accuracy and high intelligence, and can be used for on-site
detection and alarm through simple setting. The current version of
the system has been integrated with a 1-way relay, in the case of
sensor damage or unconnected, the transmitter has no current signal
output. Is mainly used in the system need to detect gas, oxygen,
and all kinds of poisonous gas occasions, inspected the numerical
indexes of the gas volume, when the scene of the index of some
waiting for gas Above or below the standards set by the, the system
will automatically make a series of alarm action, such as alarm,
exhaust, tripping, etc (according to user's different Settings and
different).
Detection principle: the system is powered by 24V standard DC
voltage, real-time display and output standard 4-20mA current
signal, analysis and processing to complete digital display and
alarm operation.
Under normal monitoring condition, the status indicator flashes,
and the digital tube displays the current measurement value. In
case of alarm, the alarm indicator light indicates the first or
second level alarm, and the relay is closed. Specific description
of user operation
Applicable object: The system supports the input signal of each
standard sensor.
Such as gas sensors: carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen,
sulfur dioxide, ammonia, oxygen, chlorine, combustible gas and
other gas sensors.Common faults and treatment methods:
(1) the system has no response after power on. Treatment method:
check whether the system has power. (2) The gas is stable but the
display value is jumping. Treatment method: check whether the
connection of the sensor connector is loose. (3) if it is found
that the digital tube display is not normal, power off for a few
seconds, and then boot. (4) if the zero deviation, adjust the zero
potentiometer, zero recovery.
