Product Application
Focusun specializes in exploring snow maker and delivery system
which are totally compliant with the situation of customer's local
place. It can provide enough snow by using snow making machine
during the whole ski season. In the early ski season , skiing
ground almost completely depends on snow making. Snow making easily
guarantees the quality of snow in a long period, and it is much
more suitable for resistance from the source of heat and
sublimation than natural snow.
Features of Focusun Snow making System
The snow making capacity is adjustable according customers' own
needs, ranging from 1 ton to 5,000 ton.
The snow making system is not affected by different ambient
temperature, inlet water temperature and humidity. It can work all
around the year.
The maximum transportation distance of snow is 300 m, and the
straight-line distance of snow blowing is 25 m(the angle of snow
transporting pipe and ground is 45°)
All snow making system equipment are installed in a container,
reducing the noise effect of machine during operation and
construction cost of building the site in advance.
Focusun snow making system is equipped with monitoring security
system based on WEB technology and it keeps monitoring the working
condition of the machine in 24 hours.
Snowmaking is the production of snow by forcing water and
pressurized air through a "snow gun" or "snow cannon", on ski
slopes. Snowmaking is mainly used at ski resorts to supplement
natural snow. This allows ski resorts to improve the reliability of
their snow cover and to extend their ski seasons. Indoor ski slopes
often use snowmaking. They are generally able to do so year-round
as they have a climate-controlled environment.
The production of snow requires low temperatures. The threshold
temperature for snowmaking increases as humidity decreases.Wet bulb
temperature is used as a metric since it takes air temperature and
relative humidity into account. Snowmaking is a relatively
expensive process in its energy use; thereby limiting its use.
Snowmaking has become increasingly complex, so as to achieve
greater efficiency. Traditionally snowmaking relied on having a
skilled snowmaker to operate the equipment. The addition of
computer control means that snow making can be controlled with
greater precision to ensure that snow guns only operate when
conditions make snowmaking possible. However, the process is not
fully automatic as computers only supplement human control.
PROPOSAL OF SNOW MAKING SYSTEM
Operating tube ice machine to provide tube ice dropping into the ice storage. The crushing system crushes tube ice into snow then rake ice storage transfer crushed snow ice and store it in the container. Blowing system will blow the snow ice out and cover whole ground gradually.

european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is
too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to
