Characteristic:

Through the knob, the pressure difference range can be set freely, which fully meets the pressure difference alarm requirements of the filter screen of AHU unit. The high temperature resistant gas film material ensures the sensitive action under the small pressure difference. The single pole double throw switch allows the user to freely choose to use the normally open or normally closed nodes. The installation is simple. The top cover only needs a fixed screw, and the combined support is convenient for vertical and horizontal installation. The medium temperature is in the range of - 15 / + 60 ℃. The production calibration of bo603 is at room temperature, and it is also installed near room temperature. Water vapor condensation may occur in the system with high humidity. When installing, pay attention to the downward direction of the hose connection nozzle. Pressure connection and wiring: 2 plastic pipes (P1 and P2), P1 to high pressure end (marked with "+") P2 to low pressure end (marked with "-").

The actual pressure difference is less than the set value, and the contacts 1-2 are on. If the actual pressure difference is greater than the set value, contacts 1-3 are on.

matters needing attention:

If the installation of the differential pressure switch is not in accordance with the above instructions and the two ports are downward, the detection pressure difference of the switch point will deviate by 20Pa, which is mainly determined by the principle of the differential pressure switch (a very thin gas film in the differential pressure switch will be divided into two chambers internally, if the gas film is not installed vertically but horizontally, the self weight of the gas film itself will affect the detection of the gas pressure difference).

Avoid electric shock or damage to the equipment. Make sure that the power switch is closed when removing the upper cover.

The wire connection shall be completed and the connection status shall be checked before use. Incorrect wiring may cause permanent damage to this device.

Before use, the installation hole of plastic pipe shall be punched, and the "Z" bracket shall be installed on site (standard configuration).

Ensure that the assembly surface has minimum or no vibration, and the switch can be directly fixed on the pipeline, heater or panel.
