The hydraulic coupling reverse reducing gear box has the following structure features:
1. The fixed guide speed-governing technology is used for the coupling reverse reducing gear box, which is the first one in domestic. It is of the new structure, sensitive and reliable in speed governing and clutch control, and has its own features in system function and construction.
2. The output shaft of the coupling reverse reducing gear box is located 425mm above the center line of its input shaft and near the center height of the mud pump input shaft, which the diesel coupling reverse set can be connected directly with the mud pump through a universal coupling.
3. The coupling reverse gear box has one group of gears less than coupling ahead gear box, with about 1% higher transmission efficiency.
4. The lubricating system of coupling reverse gear box has been modified so as to meet the lubricating requirement of the bearing train with the working cavity of coupling reverse gear box being fully drained off .

Mode 1: Combined water cooling, flange connection
Combined water cooling is used for the reverse reducing gear box. Its input end is connected to diesel engine with an elastomeric coupling(3) and both the coupling and engine are installed on the same common base(4), with features of reliable performance, compact design and easy to be moved and transported. It is the typical diesel coupling reverse set and also the main coupling reverse set recommended by our company.
Mode 2: Separate air cooling, independent mounting
The coupling reverse reducing gear box is separately air cooled and independently mounted on a separate base (4). It is connected to diesel engine through the universal coupling (3) and connected to mud pump input end with the universal coupling (1). With the flexible mounting mode, it can be packaged with different types and various models of prime movers, and is also suitable for modification of the conventional matching system of mud pump set. It only need to make a common skid according to site condition , connect the coupling with engine and install them on the skid to form a module unit for easy installation and transport.

1. Easy installation, diesel engine coupling unit and drilling pump can be respectively integrated lifting.

2. Compared with the traditional single pump group configuration, the belt transmission is cancelled, avoiding the malady of adjusting belt string tightness due to belt stretching.

3. With clutch function. When the diesel engine does not stop, and at any speed, through the coupling of oil filling and oil discharge, can be without any impact and wear, smooth clutch, can replace the air bag clutch, simplify the transmission parts.

4. Prevent power overload. When the output shaft torque increases suddenly, the coupling slip will increase by itself, thus protecting the diesel engine, mud pump and coupling back case from damage.

5. Reliable operation, long service life coupler is a kind of flexible transmission device with mineral oil as the medium, no impact and wear in the operation and clutch process, but also can absorb vibration from diesel engine and mud pump. Therefore, its operation reliability and life are obviously higher than that of mechanical transmission without coupling. The life of diesel engine and transmission system can be increased by 40 ~ 60%, and the amplitude of pump pressure pulsation of mud pump can be reduced by 50%.

6. Bearing gear adopts forced splash lubrication. An oil passage is designed on the box body to lubricate and cool the end face of the gear and the bearing to ensure their normal operation.

7. Oil pressure taper interference fit is used to connect the turboshaft, output shaft and the inner hole of the gear system of the reverse gearbox. Its characteristics are: large transmission torque, long service life, safe and reliable.

8. The shaft ends of the input shaft and output shaft adopt non-contact centrifugal seal, never wear, with a long service life.
