The coal crusher is equipped with two toothed rollers, which are divided into large (small) wolf teeth, circular teeth, straight teeth, large plate teeth, etc. It is suitable for medium or coarse crushing situations where the feed particle size is less than 1200mm, the finished product particle size is required to be 10-300mm, and there is a requirement for less powder and more particles. The coal crusher uses two wear-resistant crushing toothed rollers to crush materials through the high extrusion pressure generated by their relative rotation. After entering the gap between the two toothed rollers (V-shaped crushing chamber), the materials are subjected to the extrusion and shear forces caused by the relative rotation of the two toothed rollers.
