The coal gangue crusher is suitable for fine crushing operations of
coal gangue materials with compressive strength less than 240Mpa
and moisture content less than 15%. It has the characteristics of
low maintenance costs, large crushing ratio, reliable performance,
less dust, and low noise.
The coal gangue crusher is equipped with three crushing rollers.
According to the crushing particle size required by the user, the
combination of welding roller surface and flat roller surface can
be freely selected for the three roller surfaces.
The coal gangue crusher is suitable for fine crushing operations
with feed particle size less than 90mm and finished product
particle size requirements of 0.2-10mm. In the absence of
electricity, this equipment can be powered by diesel and gasoline
engines.

The coal gangue crusher uses three high-strength wear-resistant alloy crushing rollers to crush coal gangue materials, which generate high extrusion pressure due to relative rotation. After entering the crushing chamber of the upper two rollers, the coal gangue materials are compressed by the relative rotation of the two rollers. After the first squeezing and grinding (coarse crushing) of the coal gangue materials, the materials immediately enter the lower two rollers (the middle roller is a shared roller) that rotate relatively, and the extrusion pressure of the lower two rollers is used for secondary squeezing and grinding (fine crushing), Crush the coal gangue into the required particle size and discharge it from the discharge port.coal Gangue Crusher Technical Parameters
