Intelligent Integrated Grinding Plant product description
Intelligent integrated grinding station consists of three main
parts: integrated grinding system, DCS master control and
monitoring system and micro-mist dust suppression system. It adopts
three-dimensional vertical modular structure, integrating good
intelligence, integration, energy saving, environmental protection,
no screening, high fineness, large output, no cake, etc. The plant
is divided into six floors, where the DCS master control system,
monitoring system and dust suppression system are placed.
Intelligent integrated crushing and grinding station is divided
into six floors, the fifth floor puts DCS general control system,
monitoring system and micro-mist dust suppression system, also is
the general duty room; the fourth floor is the material transit
module; the third floor is the toothed-roll (can be optionally
configured with hammer crusher, cone crusher) crushing module; the
second floor is the roller crushing module; the first floor is the
three-roller fine crushing module; the ground floor (the negative
one) is the jaw crushing module. The floors and crushing equipments
can be increased or decreased according to the needs of customers
to meet the needs of different customers.
1,Intelligence: The whole crushing and grinding station adopts DCS
centralized control system, which can control and observe the
starting and stopping of all the crushing and grinding equipments,
operation data and fault alarms, etc. in the general control room,
and observe the use of on-site equipments at any time through the
monitoring system cooperating with the DCS centralized control
system, so that the site can be completely unattended. And through
the big data transmission, it can remotely transmit all the data
and information of the grinding station to the group company.
2,Integration: The whole crushing and grinding station integrates
all the equipments into a five-layer crushing and grinding station,
and the main and auxiliary equipments of each layer form a module.
It replaces the old crushing production line and completely solves
the shortcomings of multiple belt conveyors, such as messy layout,
roughness, large floor space, and bad dust suppression (many dust
spots), and makes the whole crushing and grinding station compact,
formal, and beautiful in design.
3,Environmental protection: all the equipments of the whole
crushing and milling station are running at medium and low speeds,
and there is no need to use the screening link, so there is very
little dust in the operation, and it adopts the fully sealed
structure, and all the surrounding and the top are made sound-proof
treatment.
The internal configuration of advanced micro-mist dust suppression
system, each main, auxiliary equipment inlet and outlet are
installed dust suppression port, and in the top of each module are
installed multi-way dust suppression port as a secondary dust
suppression, in order to prevent the first dust suppression has a
leakage part.
4,Energy-saving:Adopting vertical module structure, the materials
from each level of crushing and grinding equipment can naturally
fall into the next crushing and grinding equipment, and do not need
to be transported by multiple belt conveyors, which reduces a large
amount of power consumption.
5, the crushing and grinding station due to the use of
non-screening process design, fundamentally solved a number of
industries, high moisture materials, crushing and grinding to the
size of less than 3 mm, the output to achieve more than 100 tons
per hour, screening is quite difficult to the world's difficult
problems, and does not become a cake, without the need to break up
the equipment.
Intelligent Integrated Grinding Plant working principle
All kinds of materials (silica, pebbles, petroleum coke, coal,
chemical raw materials, etc.) need to be crushed and ground are
crushed by the underground jaw crushing module, and then sent to
the transit bin of the material storage module through the lifting
device; through the automatic feeder below, they are sent to the
toothed-roll crushing module for medium crushing; then sent to the
roll crushing module for fine crushing through the automatic
feeding device; and then sent to the third floor for the three-roll
crushing module for fine grinding through the automatic feeding
device. After being crushed and ground to the required particle
size, it will be sent to the next process by the airflow (screw)
conveyor. Screening equipment can also be configured according to
customer needs.
Intelligent integrated crushing and grinding station processing
capacity and finished product size, can be designed according to
customer technical requirements, configured with different types of
equipment or different models to meet the needs of different
customers, a single station can be designed for 30-600t/h.
