The axial flow ventilation fan for drying kilns is a ventilation
fan specially designed for drying kilns that can provide positive
and negative air flow. It has the characteristics of high
temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and consistent
positive and negative ventilation parameters. The blades are six or
eight twisted blade shapes, with an overall aluminum alloy or
stainless steel structure. The fan and motor adopt a direct
connection structure, and the whole machine has the characteristics
of high efficiency, light weight, compact structure, and easy
installation.
Ventilation fans are mainly used in the blowing system of dryers
and other drying machinery; It can also be used for ventilation
equipment in various special environments, such as high
temperature, high humidity, and other places The baking axial flow
fan is designed for tobacco drying, wood drying, etc. The fan motor
adopts F-class and H-class flanges
Features: High temperature resistance, high humidity resistance, high

This series of products is divided into ten machine numbers
according to different impeller diameters, arranged in order as
NO.2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 5.5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
The blades of each machine number can be installed at the angle
required by the customer
Under allowable conditions, the circumferential speed of the
impeller is matched with the following three revolutions: 2900
r/min, 1450 r/min, 960 r/min
The impeller rotates counterclockwise when facing the direction of
the air inlet
Due to differences in machine number size, impeller diameter,
adjustable blade installation angle, and spindle speed, the air
volume, air pressure, and power consumption also vary.
Wind pressure: 50Pa~400Pa Air volume: 1000m3/h~4500m3/h.
