☆ Feeding unit

l Feeding method
Four shaft wheel type lead edge feeder;
Mechanical feeding system, feeding speed display on touch screen;
Bottom vacuum suction to help high feeding precision and vacuum force controlled by frequency inverter. For different bending degree board, use different vacuum force, save energy;

l Sheet stop adjustment
Electric adjustment of the left & right sheet stop;
Rear stop moving and lifting adjusted by hand;
Front stop adjusted by hand, dial display adjustment distance;

l Feeding roller
Top roller is rubber roller, provide light pressure and high force of friction to corrugated sheet, can prevent sheet surface damaged;
Rubber feeding roller is done with dynamic balance test;
l Control panel
Emergency stop button installed;
Control panel with buttons for: main motor start/stop, speed up/down, Vacuum force increase/down, skip feeding, auto counter;

  The speed differential compensation function can keep surface linear speed of anvil cylinder always as die cutting cylinder. It make the surface linear speed of anvil cylinder controlled by die cutting cylinder, so that can make sure high accuracy die cutting.

• Anvil cover repairing device
  The repairing blade is installed for cutting the worn part of the anvil cover, so that it can increase the working time of the anvil cover;
  Customer can select the blade working after die cutting fixed times;

  When no need die cutting, the die cutting cylinder can lift the anvil cover cylinder, driven by pneumatic cylinder. This can save energy consumption and protect the anvil cover and prolong its working time;
