Brief Introduction:

• The lead edge feeder rotary slotter is a useful equipment for making corrugation box.
• Customer can do flexo printing on single sheet, then do laminating with single wall sheet. After that can use this slotting machine do creasing, trimming, slotting and angle cutting of corrugated boxes at one time.

Characteristics:

• Wheel type lead edge feeder for accurate feeding, feeding precision is +/-1mm.
• Manual adjustment of right/left/front stop according to sheet size.
• Electric adjustment of rear stop for moving and elevating.
• Electric slotting rotary position adjustment.
• Electric synchronous adjustment for slotting blade lateral moving. PLC control and can store 99 order data;
• Manual gap adjustment with worm reducer with graduated dial indication, ranging from 1 to 11mm.
• Zigzag slotting knife with 7mm thickness is made of alloy steel. It featuring with sharp edge and high hardness.
• The punching device is available (additional option, not for free).
• Safety cover is installed to make sure operator safe.
