Wax thread production process is quite slow. First, semi-finished
products are made from high quality polyester fiber mono-filament,
then waxed by high temperature environmental protection waxing
equipment, cooling, polishing and setting, finally a complete wax
thread is formed. Cooling and polishing require some technical
experience. General factories have omitted this process because of
troubles. However, this process can best reflect the fine and
quality of wax thread. Round wax thread specifications are:0.35 mm,
0.45 mm, 0.55 mm, 0.65 mm, 0.8 mm.
