This allows the machine to perform a series of tasks including automatic tube feeding, marking, filling, heating with a Swiss sealer, external cooling with a water cooler, sealing, code pressing, trimming, and product ejection. The machine ensures precise filling metering, stable and adjustable heating times, and produces neatly sealed, firm, and hygienic tube ends with smooth edge cuts.

The machine features 10 working stations and operates smoothly and reliably to complete all functions automatically. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel for all material-contact and related parts, it includes a quick-change device for easy disassembly and cleaning. For materials requiring heating and insulation, an external heating constant temperature device can be added to the barrel. This machine is suitable for packaging materials such as plastic and composite tubes and is ideal for industries including cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, adhesives, shoe polish, and others.
