Automatic Top & Bottom Sides Labeling Machine
The automatic upper and lower plane labeling machine is designed to label both the top and bottom surfaces of various flat products simultaneously, such as cartons and plastic lunch boxes. This innovative approach eliminates the need for traditional one-sided labeling and flipping the product to apply the second label. The machine can operate independently or be integrated with a cartoning machine and filling machine. It is widely used across industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, electronics, metal, plastics, and more.
1. Imported electrical components ensure stable performance and a
low failure rate.
2. Equipped with photoelectric detection, PLC control, and software
operation, the machine provides accurate and high-precision
labeling on the conveyor belt.
3. It can function as a standalone unit or be integrated with a
production line.
4. The machine features automatic label detection, with no labeling
if no bottle is present and an automatic alarm system in case of
label omission.
5. The entire machine is constructed from S304 stainless steel and
high-grade anodized aluminum alloy.

1. Coding Machine: The thermal coding machine prints essential information such as the production date, expiration date, and batch number. The coding process is synchronized with labeling to enhance production efficiency.
2. Inkjet Printer: Compatible with most mainstream inkjet printers available on the market, this setup allows for precise inkjet printing at specified label positions, seamlessly integrating with the labeling machine.
3. Universal Sensor: Standard sensors are unable to detect transparent labels, so specialized photoelectric sensors imported from Germany are required.
