Fastener Clip Vibratory Bowl Feeder Customized Design Automatic Rotary Feeder
1 . Key Advantages of Vibratory Bowl Feeders:
Easy to Clean
Most vibratory bowl feeders are made of stainless steel, which
makes cleaning simple. You can clean them either with water vapor
or a cleaning solvent—no complicated steps needed.
Fully Customizable
Every vibratory bowl feeder is tailored to specific needs, so no two are the same. We design each one based on the material’s traits, like its size and shape, to make sure it works perfectly for your application.
High Precision
Thanks to automation, using a vibratory bowl feeder in production
cuts down on human error. This not only boosts production
efficiency significantly but also helps lower overall production
costs.

3 . Vibratory Bowl Feeding for Nails :
A hardware product manufacturer reached out to us with a request: design vibratory bowl feeders to convey nails to their packaging machine.
The customer produces nails in various sizes—and one feeder
couldn’t fit all. So we customized a different-sized vibratory bowl
feeder for each nail size, ensuring each feeder could convey its
specific nail type smoothly.
The customer also needed to adjust how many nails were fed into the
packaging machine. To meet this, our engineers added a PLC
intelligent control system: the customer just inputs the desired
number of nails on the control panel, and the vibratory bowl feeder
will convey exactly that number.
For conveying small parts like nails, vibratory bowl feeders are
incredibly useful—they boost production efficiency and lower the
chance of operational errors.
