3 . Auxiliary Equipment for Vibratory Bowl Feeder :
During the design process, in order to adapt the vibratory bowl feeder to various production environments, engineers will add various auxiliary equipment.
Sensors: Photoelectric sensors are used to detect the passage of
materials to ensure the continuity of material transportation.
Inductive sensors are used to detect the position of metal
materials.
Control system: PLC can coordinate multiple devices, frequency
converter to adjust the vibration frequency of the vibrating bowl
feeder, with a touch screen panel can be set and monitor the
working status of the vibratory bowl feeder.
Silo: Increase the storage capacity of the material and
automatically replenish the material when it is insufficient to
ensure the continuity of material supply.
Protective cover: Provide a clean operating environment for the
vibratory bowl feeder and prevent material splashing to increase
safety. Installation of acoustic cotton around the enclosure can
effectively reduce the noise generated by the vibrating bowl feeder
operation.
