Advantages to use steel structure as building material
1. Steel structure is lighter.
The "bulk density to strength ratio" of steel is generally smaller
than that of wood, concrete, and masonry. Therefore, steel
structures are lighter, 30%-50% lighter than reinforced concrete
structures. Foundation will be smaller if use steel structure
building.

effective area of the building by about 8% compared with reinforced
concrete structures.

Design And Quote
There are some basic design requirements:
1. Project site location;
2. Overall dimension (length*width*eave height);
3. Mezzanine or not? How many kgs of load per square meter on
mezzanine?
4. Single-layer steel sheet wall or sandwich panel wall;
5. Snow load if applicable;
6. Wind speed/load;
7. Interior column allowed or not;
8. Overhead crane needed or not, capacity?
9. Any other particular requirements?
Production Processing
After our technicians have completed the 3D model, the project will enter the factory processing stage, in which the processing of steel components is mainly divided into the following steps:
1. Cutting
Steel components, such as beams, columns, and plates, are precisely
cut to the required dimensions using advanced cutting techniques,
such as Automatic laser cutting machine, to ensure accurate fitment
during assembly.
2. Assemble
The cut steel pieces are fitted together according to engineering
drawings and specifications.
3. Welding
Welders employ various welding techniques, to join the steel
components securely. Welding creates strong and resilient
connections, enhancing load-bearing capacity.
4. Rust removal
Before surface treatment, any rust or scale on the steel surfaces
must be removed. Techniques like sandblasting, shot blasting, or
chemical cleaning are used to eliminate corrosion, creating a clean
and smooth surface.
5. Surface treatment
Spray painting or hot-dip galvanizing according to customer's
requirements, so that the surface is not corroded.
Packaing and Shipping
Packaging Detail:
The packing method for main steel frame will use steel pallet,
which can be better to protect steel frame and make the loading and
unloading faster and more convenient since it could be taken as a
whole. It could also save the quantity of shipping containers and
cost of ocean freight.
Other parts packed in parcels such as steel purlin and steel sheet,
all loaded into containers. Safe and easy handle.
Installation Process
Installation instruction:
1. Anchor bolt will be pre embedded according to design drawing:
Anchor bolt plan. When install, it need use template to fix,
positional deviation is ±5mm. Screw thread should be protected.
2. Steel column installs according to installation drawing- column
plan. Column foot plate should be welded cycle by continuous
welding fillet on site.
3. Floor platform will be according to installation drawing -first
floor steel beam plan, second floor steel beam plan. Column and
beam connected part, the plate will be welded in site; Welding
joint bottom will be welded with plate.
4. Roof beam will be according to installation drawing- Roof beam
plan. Oblique beams should be welded cycle by continuous welding
fillet on site.
5. Roof purlin, steel stair and decking floor will be installed
according to installation drawing. Diamond plate, decking floor and
stair joint of stair transfer platform can be cut according to the
site installation.
6. Pay attention to length when install the gutter. Water funnel
will be parallel with wall.
