Our company independently developed the spray winding insulation
pipe production line, which consists of three parts: shot blasting
and rust removal production line, polyurethane spraying production
line, and PE winding production line.
This unit utilizes either continuous or intermittent spraying
processes. This highly automated process offers high production
efficiency, conserves raw materials, increases closed-cell foaming,
reduces water absorption, and utilizes a three-in-one molding
process for more reliable performance. This product is low-carbon,
environmentally friendly, and offers significant economic and
social benefits.
