Product Description
The one-step PERT insulation pipe production line is unable to
fulfill production requirements using conventional extrusion
equipment. Consequently, the screw and barrel of the extruder, the
pipe mold, and the sizing and cooling systems must be specifically
engineered. Within just two years, Huashida Company successfully
overcame 130 technical challenges and established China's first
one-step PERT insulation pipe production line with independent
intellectual property rights.
Huashida Company has subsequently developed both standard PERT
insulation pipes and fiber-reinforced PERT insulation pipes, which
are further categorized into two types based on their appearance
and performance: flat-wall insulation pipes and corrugated
insulation pipes.

Coating die head: With a vacuum coating mold of invention patent and a specially
designed coating die head, it ensures uniform thickness of the
coating layer.
Winding machine: A fiber-reinforced device with an invention patent, featuring
efficient fiber weaving to ensure the strength of the pipe.
Chipless cutting machine: Wide range cutting from 32 to 200mm; High-strength alloy steel
blades, rotary knife cutting, smooth and flat pipe cutting edge
with small error; The cutting follow-up ensures the precise cutting
position; Professional PLC control, accurate operation; The feed
position is specially designed to ensure that the cutting is
completed in one go.
