Polyurethane PERT insulation pipe is called flexible insulation pipe in international, Chinese standard name is II type heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RTII) low-temperature direct buried heating pipe.

One-step pert flexible insulation pipe production line process flow:
Pipe unwinding - unwinding traction - V-shaped wheel conveying - track feeding - encapsulation and film coating - Pouring foaming - foam curing -PE layer O-shaped extrusion - Vacuum suction coating - spray cooling - winding
